With 10 years’ experience of helping people to reach their fitness goals, I believe passionately in the importance of guiding and motivating my clients to change habits, helping them to reach their goals through long-term, manageable changes.
After completing my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Edinburgh Napier University, I began my career as a Gym Instructor with Edinburgh Leisure, before becoming a personal trainer, which I have been doing for the last 9 years.
As well as gaining further certification in postural analysis and advanced kinesiology, I’m a Precision Nutrition Level One coach, using their habit based coaching model to guide people towards achieving the body and lifestyle they want. I’m a self-confessed foodie! I love food, so if you ever want that extra thirty seconds recovery, just ask me about any new recipes I’ve tried that week! I believe there are ways of introducing nutritious, tasty food into people’s lives, helping them find a well-balanced diet that supports them in their journey towards their fitness and lifestyle goals.
